Our range of Wire Flattening Mills will handle inlet diameters from a few thousandths of an inch up to a starting of approximately 1-1/4″(31.75mm).

Our Rolling mills are available in both 2Hi and 4Hi roll configurations, and mills may be either work roll driven, back-up roll driven, or a combination of both. On the small end of the spectrum, 4Hi mills with work rolls are offered as small as .500″ (12.7mm) in diameter. On the other end of the spectrum, 2Hi mills are offered with rolls as large as a 16″ (400mm) in diameter. Our comprehensive range of Wire Flattening and Shaping Mills are suitable for rolling both ferrous and non-ferrous wires. Each application is reviewed in detail by our experienced engineering staff to determine the correct arrangement of equipment needed to satisfy your requirements. Many applications can be achieved with a single stand, two-stand tandem or three-stand tandem mill arrangement. For applications with more aggressive reductions, additional stands may be added or used in conjunction with Edgers, Turks Heads, Draw Blocks, or other equipment pertinent to the process and material requirements.
